As usual, the corrupt government budget cronies who love to spend money they don’t really have just say, “We have to FIND it.”  Where they find it is in thin air, futher bankrupting America in a selfish, irresponsible, and immoral way. They do it to embolden themselves to their constituencies, the evil immoral UAW unions and welfare constituencies who could use a huge chunk of cash to buy a new car.  Someone has to pay for it, but as long as America runs huge sinful budget deficits, no one is really paying for it.  More votes are obtained for the status quo come election time. Free housing, free groceries, free health care, free this, free that, and now a free car. Or part of a car. Of course the evil doers will be re-elected as part of their pandering pimp scheme by the Johns who vote for them. One back scratches the other, along with other body parts. They’re corruption lovers – romance that might as well be made between strangers negotiating on the street corner in the seedy part of town.  It looks like all of Washington and the big cities and coasts are just big seedy brothels.
