Oh great. First she’s qualified for the unappealable highest court in the nation because she’s a Latino woman who has more wisdom and richness of experiences than a white male, and believes it’s ok for courts to set policy. Now she’s qualified because she’s ‘warm.’ Give…me…a…break.

I’d sooner confirm a cold, stiff carp who would abstain from making Supreme Court decisions that affect so many people. Liberal misguided, policy-making, legislating bodies filled with prejudice that happen to be ‘warm’ are not welcome on my court. Sotomayor is not qualified due to her lack of impartiality, prejudices, and desire to legislate policy from the bench, as evidenced by the Supreme Court recently overturning her bad judgment in the firefighter’s discrimination case.
